Supplements

Supplements can be quite tricky to navigate.  I suffered from gluten intolerance for over a decade and the symptoms were horrible. As a result, I tried many supplements during that time.  If you do not have gluten intolerance or Celiac disease,  then most supplements should be perfectly fine to take.  However,  if you have one of these two mentioned conditions, then any grain can be a nightmare for you.  It turned out that many of my supplements contained Rice Flour.  I am totally grain sensitive and this exacerbated my symptoms unitl I changed my supplements.   Learn your body and how it responds. Nobody can tell you which things are safe,  or not safe to consume.  You have to use careful vetting and  and see how your body responds.

The same as reading labels in the supermarket, which everyone should be  doing,  the same applies to supplements. Read labels, consult your doctor, and make your own decision.   The Supplement companies listed directly below I have used with great satisfaction.  If a supplement causes any issues,  stop using it and see how your body responds with a different supplement until you get it right.  Trial and error is important. Again, talk to your doctor.

Here is a list of supplement companies that provide great service with a wide variety brand of choices
