Body Toxicity and Weight Gain

In addition to discovering that I have been Gluten Intolerant most of my adult life, which really became much worse as I aged,  I was plagued with inflammation and obesity that was only worsening with age, 

I believe that my body was also full of toxins from the many chemicals in food and the environment of City life.  I say this because when I ceased consuming gluten and any products with additives or preservatives, my body composition drastically changed and I lost weight without trying.  

I simply made the firm decision that I was not going to eat anything harmful from a certain point forward.  This decision transformed my health. I lost about 100 pounds and regained much of my lost health.
