Essential Oils

 There was a time in my younger years where I would laugh at the use of essential oils,  and dismissed using them on account of my masculinity.  Oh was I so wrong.  I use them now and they are fantastic for many reasons.  Here is an excellent article on the medicinal value of essential oils, and below this link is another for choosing essential oils applications.  Both are awesome.

Before and After! Seeing is believing.

  People are really not understanding the food problem in the United States. In the picture on top I was approximately 265 pounds, and practically in a wheelchair. I thought I was dying. Doctors told me nothing and offered me everything under the sun except for what I needed. I have an autoimmune condition. I am gluten intolerant and the medical industry failed to realize this. I did my own research and changed my eating habits. In the picture on the bottom, I weighed about 185lbs in December 2023. I now weigh about 175 pounds and my health has improved dramatically. We are being poisoned with the food supply. Chemicals, additives, preservatives, hormones, pesticides, sugar, MSG, I can list hundreds of items that do not belong in our food. Read my blog, there is research and writing on there that is all truthful and accurate. Don't wait until you lose your health. Taking it back is much more difficult than preventing from losing it in the first place.
