Importance Of Strength Training

Hello Everyone!  Today I read through an article on Strength training from Harvard Review.  From my own experience, I can say that strength training was very effective for me in improving my health and condition with some arthritis.  I strongly believe in strength training. For you people already doing strength training,  keep at it.  Here is the link to the full article.  Enjoy.
