The legal and political system that is utterly dysfunctional !

Image
https://www.facebook.com/share/1MMU1V3SNX/ One of the biggest reasons the US is very dysfunctional is because we have a constant struggle and battle with ideological differences.  In God's world there are only 10 Commandments.  In the legal world there are billions of pages of precedents,  rules, laws, administrative rules,  and the list goes on and on.  This is why things only get progressively worse.

Health Benefits and Reduction of Inflammation from Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Image
The Power of Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Reducing Inflammation and Boosting Health Omega-3 fatty acids have garnered significant attention for their potential health benefits, particularly in reducing inflammation and promoting overall well-being. These essential fatty acids, primarily found in fatty fish and certain plant sources, play a crucial role in various physiological processes. This article explores the mechanisms by which omega-3 fatty acids combat inflammation and highlights their diverse health benefits. Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Inflammation Inflammation, a natural response to injury or infection, can become chronic and contribute to various diseases. Omega-3 fatty acids, specifically eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), exert anti-inflammatory effects through several mechanisms: Inhibition of Pro-inflammatory Molecules: Omega-3s interfere with the production of pro-inflammatory molecules, such as cytokines and eicosanoids, which promote inflammation....

The Health Benefits of Fasting: A Comprehensive Overview

Image
Fasting, the voluntary abstinence from food for a specific period, has been practiced for centuries for religious, cultural, and health reasons. While often associated with weight loss, fasting offers a range of potential health benefits backed by scientific research. This article explores the various ways fasting can positively impact your well-being. Types of Fasting Before delving into the benefits, it's essential to understand the different types of fasting: Intermittent Fasting (IF): This involves cycling between periods of eating and fasting on a regular schedule. Common methods include the 16/8 method (16 hours fasting, 8 hours eating), the 5:2 diet (5 days of normal eating, 2 days of restricted calories), and alternate-day fasting. Periodic Fasting: This involves fasting for longer periods, typically 24 hours or more, done less frequently than intermittent fasting. Calorie Restriction: This involves reducing overall calorie intake without malnutrition, often studied...

Before and After! Seeing is believing.

Image
People are really not understanding the food problem in the United States. In the picture on top I was approximately 265 pounds, and practically in a wheelchair. I thought I was dying. Doctors told me nothing and offered me everything under the sun except for what I needed. I have an autoimmune condition. I am gluten intolerant and the medical industry failed to realize this. I did my own research and changed my eating habits. In the picture on the bottom, I weighed about 185lbs in December 2023. I now weigh about 175 pounds and my health has improved dramatically. We are being poisoned with the food supply. Chemicals, additives, preservatives, hormones, pesticides, sugar, MSG, I can list hundreds of items that do not belong in our food. Read my blog, there is research and writing on there that is all truthful and accurate. Don't wait until you lose your health. Taking it back is much more difficult than preventing from losing it in the first place.

Fueling the Mind: How Ketones Can Enhance Brain Function

Image
Tonight, I had a conversation with an RN Supervising Nurse, which inspired me to write this article. There is a lot of misinformation in our society, the medical field, the food industry, and the pharmaceutical industry. Humans by evolution are designed for long durations without food.. Propaganda, addiction, and other causative factors are part of the psychology of an individual's belief systems. The body and mind are capable of much more than you think and believe. Fasting has been around since the beginning. It's in every major religion of the world.   For decades, glucose has been considered the brain's primary fuel source. However, emerging research suggests that ketones, produced during periods of low carbohydrate intake or prolonged fasting, may offer a superior alternative for optimal brain function. This article delves into the science behind this phenomenon, exploring the potential benefits of ketones for cognitive enhancement, neuroprotection, and overall brai...

The Gluten Family and Its Complex Effects: Digestion, Malabsorption, and Beyond

Image
Gluten, the protein complex found in wheat, rye, and barley, has become a focal point in discussions about diet and health. While celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder, is a well-established condition linked to gluten consumption, research suggests that gluten's effects, and the effects of related proteins in other grains, extend beyond those with this specific diagnosis. This article explores the complexities of gluten digestion, its potential contribution to malabsorption, and its possible effects even in individuals without diagnosed celiac disease, while also considering the broader family of related proteins found in other grains. Gluten is composed of two main protein groups: gliadin and glutenin. These proteins are notoriously challenging for the human digestive system to break down completely. (1) The incomplete digestion of gluten can lead to the formation of larger peptides, which may have various biological effects. (2) While the human body possesses enzymes to proc...

Slay The Dragon and Live a Long Life.

Image
If you want to preserve your health, then you need to know what you are up against. Your greatest enemy is your self control. There is so much toxicity in our food chain, that if you do not discern what you consume, it will kill you. This is America in 2025. Slay the Dragon means you gain knowledge and understanding of what is being done to the population for the purposes of control. People are being born into addiction from the sugary items we are given as toddlers. Get yourself educated about the food issues. "If you don't control what you consume, then what you consume will control you to your grave." Don't be another controlled Lab rat that was deliberately made to be addicted to processed foods. Slay The Dragon.

The Siren Song of Sugar and Fat: Exploring Food Addiction to Processed Foods

In today's world of readily available, hyper-palatable treats, the concept of food addiction has emerged as a topic of increasing concern. While not yet formally recognized as a clinical diagnosis in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), the notion that certain processed foods can trigger addictive-like behaviors is gaining traction in both scientific and popular discourse. This article delves into the phenomenon of food addiction, focusing specifically on the allure of processed foods, how companies deliberately engineer them for maximum appeal, and their potential to hijack our brain's reward system. Processed foods, often engineered with unnaturally high levels of sugar, fat, and salt, can exert a powerful influence on our brains. These "hyperpalatable" combinations stimulate the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward (Gearhardt). This surge of dopamine can create a feeling of intense satisfacti...

The Potential Health Impacts of Rice, Wheat, and Gluten

While rice, wheat, and gluten are staples in many diets, some individuals may experience adverse health effects from consuming them. Rice Arsenic Contamination: Rice can accumulate arsenic from the soil, which is a toxic substance. Chronic exposure to arsenic can increase the risk of various health problems, including cancer, heart disease, and developmental issues.   High Glycemic Index: Refined white rice has a high glycemic index, meaning it can cause rapid spikes in blood sugar levels. This can contribute to insulin resistance, weight gain, and an increased risk of type 2 diabetes.   Wheat Gluten Intolerance: Wheat contains gluten, a protein that can trigger adverse reactions in some individuals. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder where gluten consumption damages the small intestine. Non-celiac gluten sensitivity can cause symptoms like bloating, abdominal pain, and fatigue.   Wheat Allergy: A wheat allergy is a distinct condition fro...
