This is such a horrific Tragedy. Two planes crashed within a few days. I am praying for the families of these people that perished.

Crews work to remove aircraft from Potomac River U.S. officials say they have recovered the bodies of both pilots from the wreckage of the Black Hawk helicopter that crashed into the American Airlines flight.   People are really not understanding the food problem in the United States. In the picture on top I was approximately 265 pounds, and practically in a wheelchair. I thought I was dying. Health and Wellness: What's in your food? FDA bans the use of red dye Number 3 in foods.

The FDA banned the use of Red Dye number 3 in foods this week.  It has been used for decades in food and candy,  and has been linked to causing cancer in laboratory rats. The Center for Science in the Public Interest has been petitioning the FDA for many years.
